Mortgages: Available in all major currencies.

Property Payment Scheme:

• Reservation fee EUR 1,708 for apartments & >EUR 8,543 for houses.
• 20% client contribution for retirees off buyers.
• 20% initially + 10% on delivery for investors (for more than one property).
• Grace period interest only for up to 24 months.
• Low interest 1.25% - 1.5% fluctuating above Euribor/Libor
• Low arrangement fee 0.25% - 0.5% of loan
• Loans in all major currencies.
• Duration of loan up to 40 years.
